Ohio Phlebotomy Training Center announces the 2019 Perrier Coleman Phlebotomy Scholarship.  Under the Program, (1) $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one African American male in memory of Perrier D. Coleman. The Annual Perrier Coleman Scholarship was established to give young black men a chance to obtain a degree as an Phlebotomy Technician and to show them a better way of life, through education. 

Requirements:

•  High school graduate

• 18 years old or older

• African American male

• Must be able to pass a background check
